ARM launched the GROW RegenMed Internship Program in the Summer of 2021. Today, GROW provides crucial, early-career paid summer regenerative medicine internship opportunities for talented undergraduate and graduate students whose backgrounds and life experiences have shaped their unique perspectives. By focusing on each applicant’s journey, the program aims to foster diversity and build a community of future leaders in the sector.
ARM represents 400+ organizations in the cell and gene therapy sector that target a range of diseases and disorders. Interns are placed at these companies for full-time and part-time roles for eight or more weeks during the summer to gain exposure to different career opportunities. ARM believes that improving the representation of diverse backgrounds and life experiences through regenerative medicine internship placement at ARM member organizations is fundamental to achieving the full promise of our work.
All GROW student interns must:
Be a current undergraduate or graduate student. All majors are encouraged to apply.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Be in good standing at their current institution at the time of application.
Submit a completed application, including a 100 – 200 word personal essay explaining how their background would enable them to advance the GROW mission of building a diverse community of future leaders in the regenerative medicine sector.
