Working with Patients to Ensure Access

Patients as Partners

ARM works with patients to ensure their voices and perspectives are included in decisions that affect their care.

ARM partners with patient advocates and organizations to elevate the voice of those living with severe and rare conditions. Through forums, advisory groups, events, and strategic initiatives, ARM ensures patients play a central role in shaping the future of regenerative medicine and improving access to cell and gene therapies.

ARM’s Patient Forum

The Patient Forum brings together patient organizations, advocates, and caregivers to exchange insights, share experiences, and inform policy discussions. It provides a collaborative space to elevate the patient voice in the cell and gene therapy sector.

ARM’s Patient Advisory Group

The Patient Advisory Group ensures patient perspectives are embedded in ARM’s strategy and advocacy. Composed of advocates and leaders from patient organizations, the advisory group helps guide ARM’s priorities and shape more inclusive healthcare policies.

Including the Patient Voice at ARM Events

ARM ensures patients and caregivers are represented across its event programming, from Congressional Briefings to our annual meetings.

The patient voice is included at ARM events via panel discussions
