Are you interested in tracking cells in vivo? Trying to learn about the bio-distribution and persistence of transplanted cells? Bell Biosystems is developing a novel approach to cellular imaging–living MRI contrast agents. Modeled on the biogenesis of mitochondria, Magnelle agents are “magnetic organelles” built from naturally occurring, non-pathogenic bacteria.
